Installation and setup
Installation, setup, and testing of your robotic barista takes up to 14 days. During this time, we can provide a training course on tech check-ups and servicing for you or your appointed service manager.
Servicing
The daily cleaning & maintenance service at the Rozum Café is straightforward. You get a user-friendly guide that will help you or your service manager maintain the cafe. In one day, your service manager can service up to 5 cafes.
System health
The robotic barista comes with a 1-year warranty. In case of a breakdown, we provide a rapid fault diagnosis. If spare parts are needed, the delivery follows within the next 2 weeks (if they are in stock). You can extend your warranty for an additional year for extra 10% of the product's cost.
Knowledge base
The product's knowledge base contains service manuals for all the robotic barista versions, marketing and technical datasheets, video tutorials for servicing and coffee equipment configuration. Support specialists monitor the robotic barista nonstop and are always on the line.
